Overview:
This was a VR Horror experience designed around the idea of using biofeedback ( your heart rate) to drive in-game events.
Design Goals:
The goal was to explore the idea of incorporating a player heart rate in order to control events and outcomes. We also tried to leverage VR as we believed it would be a good addition to the overall experience.
Post Mortem:
The team manage to accomplish the goal of creating an experience dictated by the finger cuff heart rate monitor. The use of VR was unwise, due to our team not having a powerful enough machine to develop on it. The premise had potential and we would open to revisit it once time allows
